DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SOL SHARE INSTALMENT      
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SASOL LIMITED and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SASOL LIMITED (SOL) the     
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 280   
cents per SOLNNC share instalment that is payable on Monday, 12 April 2010. The 
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.                                  
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 31 March 2010. The Share       
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 1 April 2010, the   
record date will be Friday, 9 April 2010.
